Kozmangroup is a complementary company as it has it's own manufacturing facilities and trading outlets. Regarding the fabrics outlets business it was established in the year 1944 hence was the start, then came the manufacturing facilities successively on 1994(KozmanTextiles for Texturizing and Upholstery) then 2001( Newjacquardtex for embroidered curtains) and finally 2005( KozmanTextile for Weaving and Dying). The group's first concern is to introduce products with high quality as well as the trendy designs and colors, that's why the group's factories try to have hands on the manufacturing process from the very start.
So the manufacturing facilities manufacturers their own yarns of various types and counts, they have their advanced dying house for the special colors, their own studios with special soft wares, also specialized machines for different processes like plain weaving, jacquard weaving, velvet weaving, multi color embroidery and finally the finishing machines for each fabric type and style.
The group's monthly production in: Embroidered curtains is 300 000m Upholstery ( Silk, Chenille, Velvet) is 90,000m Textured Yarn is 150 Tons Dyed yarn (Polyester yarn, Chenille yarn, Monofilament yarn, Cotton yarn, Viscose yarn) is 80 Tons.
